Privacy Policy for Car Care Anywhere

Car Care Anywhere is an offline 2D puzzle game. This Privacy Policy explains how the game handles information in version 1.1.0.
1. Information We Collect
Car Care Anywhere does not require an account and does not ask you to provide personal information to play. The game does not collect names, email addresses, precise location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, payment information, or account credentials.
2. Local Game Data
The game stores the following information locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences:
- Highest unlocked level and level progression
- Best star ratings for completed levels
- Sound effects preference
- Background music preference
- Haptic feedback preference
This local data is used only to restore your game progress and settings. It is not uploaded by the game.
3. Internet Access, Advertising, Analytics, and APIs
This version does not request Internet access. It does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, sign-in services, cloud databases, remote APIs, or online multiplayer services. The game does not transmit gameplay progress to a server.
4. Permissions and Haptic Feedback
The app declares the Android VIBRATE permission so optional haptic feedback can work during gameplay when enabled. Vibration does not provide personal information to the game. No dangerous Android permissions are requested by this version.
5. Contact Us
The in-app Contact Us screen can open an email application addressed to dev@carcareanywhere.site. The game itself does not send the email or collect its contents. If you choose to contact us, the information you include is handled through your chosen email provider and is used only to respond to your message.
6. Data Sharing
Because this version does not collect or transmit personal information through the game, it does not sell or share game data with advertisers, analytics providers, or other third-party data services.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Local game progress and settings remain on the device until they are changed, reset, the app's storage is cleared, or the game is uninstalled. The Reset Progress option removes unlocked-level and star-progress data while preserving sound, music, and haptic preferences, consistent with the in-app behavior.
8. Children's Privacy
Car Care Anywhere does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the game. The game can be played without creating an account or submitting personal information.
9. Security
Game progress is stored locally using Android's application storage mechanisms. No method of device storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and device-level security remains under the control of the user and Android system.
10. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the game's features or data practices change. A revised policy should reflect the behavior of the version in which it is provided.
